RECRUITMENT
* Implementing Executive Search and Headhunting skills to find top level resources available in the
market via Job Portals & Social Media Platforms.
* Managing Induction, Training & Coaching of New recruiters within the team.
* Training Junior recruiters on Sourcing Skills using various platforms such as: NaukriGulf, Bayt,
LinkedIn, etc.
* Preparing Weekly / Monthly / Yearly reports of recruitment activities.
* Advertise open positions to external networks. (Via ZOHO - ATS System)
* Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary needs of the requirements.
* Capturing data in the HRMS / ERP Systems for day-to-day recruitment activities.
* Reaching out to passive candidates through networking, head hunting and cold calling.
* Attend job fairs and organize career events (ADIPEC / ADNCEC / University & Colleges).
* Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority
levels.
* Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
* Preparing proposals and looking after the costing sheets to be shared to clients for new
proposals. (Worked with Tendering & Bidding Team)
* Managed a small team of recruiters during the Emiratization drive.
ACCOUNT / CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
* Directly communicating with clients to receive requirements and open roles with them.
* Understanding of the roles & requirements from clients in terms of desirable Experience,
Qualification & skills required for the role.
* Providing strategic feedbacks to client in terms of solutions for recruitment process.
* Attending client meetings and online discussions.
* Sharing potential talent with client and following up for feedbacks & Interviews.
* Maintaining good relations with the hiring managers on and off the process.
EMIRATIZATION
* Emiratization - Involved in recruitment and placement of UAE Nationals.
* Campus visits and interviews with Alumni and last year students.
* Representing the company at Social events like TAWTEEN, ADIPEC and other Exhibitions in UAE.
