Check the accuracy of the Delivery Note per item coming from suppliers.
* Input the delivery note on the inventory system then forward to the accounts department for payment.
* Assure that the inventory is on the First in First out System at all times.
* Check the availability of all the stocks and monitor the balance report from the system.
* In-charge of creating the Purchase Request (PR) from all department.
* In-charge of managing Manpower in the warehouse.
* File all documents considering each delivery for each supplier.
* Creating Delivery Note for the outbound deliveries.
* Communicate to the quality control department for the quality inspection and approval.
* Maintains inventory and stock records.
* Resolves discrepancies in purchase orders and delivery reports.
* Reports damages and discrepancies
* Arrange temporary storage for infested, rejected and finish good product.
* Prepare summary report per month to be forwarded to the accounts office and purchasing department from which includes the delivery received and delivery sent.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities with regards to inventory.

Ensure the proper storage of goods, in predefined locations, with the right coding, labeling and storage conditions
* Keep the inventory by monthly counting, stock classification, and regular reconciliation of stock
* Monitor all the supplies based on the re-order level
* Help in Loading, unloading, moving and storing material according to delivery documents in coordination with the management supervises activities of warehouse personnel
* Ensure that shipping, receiving, storage and distribution are performed in an efficient manner in coordination with warehouse supervisor
* Process all required administration and documents, and keep the records for inbound and outbound goods
* Monitor the issuing of products according to request and application of FIFO for all products
* Keep the store organized, tidy and clean, and at the right temperature
* Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss, damage etc.

* Measures amount of ingredients. Mixes ingredients, according to procedure
* Observes operation and notifies equipment operator of malfunctions
* Monitor product levels and re-stock as required
* Monitor and maintain proper humidity and temperature in climate-controlled stockrooms and keep area/equipment clean at all times
* With experience in handling inventory system and maintenance of stocks
* Responsible for the training of all the service crew and production crew.

* Clean and maintain tools and equipment using solvents, brushes, and rags
* Clean surfaces in preparation for coating, using cleaning fluids, solvents, brushes, scrapers, sandpaper, or cloth
