1. Servicing all Amada Industrial Machines (CNC PUNCHING/ BENDING/ SHEARING/ POWER PRESS/ LASER CUTTING) for the GCC region.
2. Coordinate between Manufacturer and Customers to resolve issues regarding parts and services.
3.Commissioning of machines at customer site.
4.Conduct training for machine operations and machining design software applications.
5.Perform repairs and periodic maintenance for customers all over the GCC region.
6. Organize In - house product exhibitions.
7. Provide technical support for both hardware and software related inquires.
8. Attend skills upgrading programs overseas for new machine models.
1. In-charge of the Maintenance Department.
2. Perform electrical and mechanical installations
3. Plan and schedule maintenance and repairs for production machines and equipments.
4. Give training for maintenance personnel and machine operators.
5. Implement 5S procedure for the maintenance department.
6. Handle and monitor stocks for machine parts and accessories.
7. Keep updated files for all machines and documents for all department operations and transactions.
8. Correspond to international and local suppliers for technical inquiries and quotations.
9. Repair office equipments, home appliances and factory facilities.
10. Fabricate production accessories such as tables, chairs and cabinets.
1. Assigned for servicing CNC EDM Machines.
2. Assigned to different parts of the country for the commissioning and repair of CNC Machines.
3. Handle and monitor stocks for machine parts and accessories.
4.Provide training courses for clients for the operation and application of CNC Machines and machining design software.
5.Regular visits to customers for periodic maintenance.
6. Correspond to international suppliers and local customers for technical inquiries and quotations.
7. Attend overseas trainings for new models of CNC machines and skills up-grading.
