As Autocad Operator I was assigned to work at King Abdullah Port in Saabar site office-building
department and my function is to prepare the design drawings in getting the approval from the
consultant and prepare the shop drawing to be used in actual construction after the approval both in
architectural & structural and do the necessary revision in the drawings if needed. Also prepare the
As-Built drawings for a certain building when completed.
My functions as AutoCad Operator is to prepare the necessary drawings for approval & construction and provide details and workshop drawings. Prepare the As-Built drawings for the project and from time to time assigned to prepare bar bending schedule and steel quantity on a certain building of a project. Monitor and provide report regarding the utilization of rental equipment and company equipment working in the project site and the receiving and issuance report of backfilling materials delivered and its allocation by using project code and cost code and prepare the payment for this rental equipment and backfilling materials at the end of each month.
My functions as AutoCad Operator is to prepare tender drawings to be use in bidding purposes. Prepare approved General Site Layout drawing for site improvement that includes grading plan and sections, fence layout, road layout, drainage system layout and lighting pole layout. Prepare Architectural and Civil drawings for construction purposes to be submitted to the client for approval and make a necessary revision as per client comments in preparation for construction and implementation. Prepare As-Built drawing for the project.
My functions is to report directly to the Project Manager for the status of the project, supervise project construction and daily monitoring of manpower activities on site, conducts inspection to prepare weekly accomplishment report of the project, attend the regular jobsite meeting, prepare and supervise punchlist and rectification works to be done, receive and check the quality and quantity of materials delivered, prepare receiving and issuance report of construction materials, organize physical monthly inventory of materials in warehouse, daily monitoring of activities and manage the weekly payroll of maintenance on site, coordinates with government and non-government agencies on matters relative to electrification and water supply, recommend payments for water and electric bills, reviews and recommend the approval for private construction request, daily monitoring of private construction activities, reviews and Implement private construction policy and prepare and recommend payment for suppliers and contractors.
My functions as Draftsman is to prepare propose schemes and working drawings of Land Development for approval and for construction for the whole subdivision project which includes fence layout, water system layout, drainage system layout, power distribution system layout, lighting post layout and road layout, prepare propose schemes and working drawings for open space and recreational facilities development for clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and tennis court, prepare house floor plan and details (Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing layout), prepare propose schemes and working drawings for Gate and Guardhouse, revise working drawings for construction as per client comments for approval, revise final approve working drawings with comments in preparation for construction and implementation, prepare drawings for As-Built, supervise and monitor drafting works, prepare advertisement samples for marketing purposes and recommend payments for blueprinting job.
