Review and study project Specifications, Quality Plan, Method Statements and ITP. Monitor the application and effectiveness of the adopted Quality Control procedures and recommending modification if necessary. Work closely with the Project Manager for the submittal and approval of Pre-qualification documents, design calculations & drawings, method statements and etc. Make sure that all site works and required tests are done in accordance with the approved methodology and contract specifications. Ensure that only approved drawings and method statements shall be used on the site. Establish and maintain Qa/Qc documentation on the site from inception to project handing over. Issuance and monitoring of field inspection request. Arrange and conduct inspection with the Consultant and Main Contractor Representative (if any). Report any non-conformance of works to the Project Manager and Quality Manager. Prepare and submit QA/QC monthly report to the Quality Manager. Record and update test reports on daily basis. Check and inspect each delivery of ready mix concrete, steel and other controlled materials on the site. Ensure that all testing apparatus, equipment are in good working condition and calibrated timely.

Monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities on the designated area. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress report. Work closely with the Contractors Project Manager and Site Engineer to ensure that every activity on site is in accordance with the approved methodology, shop drawings and within the contract requirements. Coordinate with the contractor In-charge and Consulting regarding schedule of inspections and concrete casting. Attend site inspection with the Consultant prior to casting. Recommend immediate remedial action on the defective work if necessary but with the approval from the Consulting. Quantify the actual material required on the site. Monitor and update records for all the materials that has been released to the sub-contractors

Review and study project specification and shop drawing for site implementation. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress status report as well as daily report to the Project Manager. Work closely with the Project Manager in discussing methodologies/procedures to minimize the time frame and budget cost of the project. Supervise survey, excavation, rebar fabrication & installation, concrete casting and etc. Coordinate with other sub-contractors representative regarding weekly work schedule to avoid any delay. Coordinate with the Project Engineer and Consulting regarding schedules of inspection and concrete casting. Immediately report to the project manager any defective work and recommend remedial action to be done if necessary. Prepare bar bending schedule for approval. Quantify the actual material required on the site. Attend weekly progress meeting. Prepare and submit progress billing to the Project Manager.

Secure working permit on every activity from the Building Administrator. Work independently on site but, with the full coordination from the Operation Manager & Construction Manager. Supervise civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing works on site. Coordinate with sub-contractors representative regarding weekly work schedule. Immediately report to the project manager any defective work and recommend remedial action if necessary. Evaluate sub-contractors progress Billing. Evaluate and approved workers daily time records. Attend weekly progress meeting. Attend final inspection of the project with the building Administrator. Prepare as-built layout of the project and submit to the office for securing Municipality working permit.
