•Track RSVPs, confirm attendance, and handle event follow-ups

•Ensure members know the value of attending and what to expect

CRM & Admin

•Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
•Track follow-up dates, notes, and lead/member status

•Collaborate with marketing, trading coaches, and support teams to ensure smooth operations
