Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the In-House Recruitment Team.
• Formulates, recommends, implements, develops, maintains, improves, and innovates the recruitment policies/ processes in the company.
• Manpower Planning and Execution in both onshore and offshore companies.
• 6-month look ahead for Manpower Planning Mobilization & Demobilization.
• Particularly hands-on in the recruitment of Architects, Design Managers, BIM Professionals, Resident Engineers, Project Directors, Head of Country Operations, Engineers, Construction Superintendents, Construction Managers, Project Managers & Directorial level in contracting and consultancy companies.
• Particularly competent in recruiting positions for Operations Department, Project & Control Department, Engineering Department, Concept Design Department, Detailed Design Development Department, Urban Planning Department, Landscape Department, Interior Design Department, BIM Operations Department, Business & Marketing Department, HSE Department, QAQC Department, Contracts Department, Tendering & Proposal Department, Marine Department & HR General Administrations Department.
• Responsible for creating HR Recruitment Policies and Procedures, Recruitment Flowchart, Recruitment Forms, Recruitment default communications, and fine-tuning the same through revisions to attune to the current recruitment market.
• Liaise with different department directors and project managers to discuss every detail of their hiring requirements.
• Responsible for the smooth implementation of HRMS Live. HRMS Live is a software created internally for In House recruitment which would cater to the total cycle of recruitment both direct and indirect, where all recruitment processes shall be done through HRMS starting from the requirements, sourcing and selection, approval, and mobilization. We call it Paperless Recruitment.
• Responsible in HRIS Recruitment.
• Act as the focal point of the Recruitment Team between Project Managers & Department Heads and Directors to provide updates on the status of their current recruitment requirements.
• Source, interview, and recommend competent candidates to the concerned department/project for further technical interview based on the approved Staffing Plan, Personnel Staff Requisitions (PSR), and as per the companys existing salary grading system (SGS).
• Proposed Recruitment Trip for Direct recruitment based on the approved Manpower Requisitions (MR) that includes date/time schedule, category, quantity of workers to be hired, preferred nationality if any, etc.
• Keeping the communications open for the Recruitment Team to facilitate smooth recruitment and to thwart possible recruitment challenges.
• Responsible for selecting the form of media for the advertisements on the current requirements both direct and indirect.
• Attend Management Meetings along with the Directors, Project Managers, and Department Heads to discuss current recruitment status and issues.
• Transfer non-required employees to other projects based on the manpower mobilization and demobilization plans.
• Recommend the last option of termination for non-required employees by checking their last 2 performance evaluations.
• Supervise Compensation and Benefits.
• Perform General Administration and Personnel supervision.
• Provide continuous mentoring among the Recruitment Team.
• Perform such other functions of the same nature as instructed by the Group HR Director / Executive Director.
