Prepare detailed concept drawings, technical drawings and shop drawings with high precision.
• Follow through the whole life span of projects ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
• Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design.
• Use CAD equipment such as 2D, 3D and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, charts and
records.
• Develop MEP structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings.
• Making the drawings in keeping with the standards and terms of the company.
Supervises the production and Maintain parts quality
• Monitors production plan and Provide daily schedule
• Creates, modify and releasing technical drawings for production reference
• Identify potential risk with the design and notify the customer as early as possible
• Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
• Conduct interviews for newly applicant
• Attend meetings and interacts with the customers regarding product concerns and services
• Perform inventory (Work in-process and Raw material, CNC machine tools, etc.)
• Handling and motivation of man power with regards to quality of work and correct process flow
• Evaluates operator for appraisal performance
• Conduct Trainings for newly hired employees
• Reports to Immediate head when required and necessary
• Technically supports the production (Conventional and CNC Machine operations)
• Assist Loading and Unloading of Incoming & Outgoing material
• Ensure Cleanliness and Orderliness of Work Area at All Times
• Support and comply with QMS/EMS related activities (i.e. PDCA cycle, waste segregation, energy
consumption reduction, etc.)
