Proven Job Roles:
Property Leasing.
• Performing Property analysis, appraisal, purchase, sales, lease, relocation or concession & franchise negotiation.
• Meeting up with clients to take them for viewing of various properties and projects.
• Inputs, updates and distributes site information and project schedules.
• Negotiating independently with property owners, mortgage holders, corporations etc.
• Making investigations and negotiating with property owners or their agents in matters relating to lease or disposal or real property by the county including relocation, concession and franchise work.
• Analyses and interprets details appraisals for use in negotiated acquisitions, sales, leases or condemnation suits.
• Preparing, maintaining reports and recommendations for new properties
• Inspecting alterations being made or buildings being erected under lease agreement to see that the agreed Lessor and lessee specification are being met.
• Performing special county-wide assignments on property management projects as necessary as well as research on real estate markets and performing other real estate duties as requested.
• Coordinating the processing of real estate related agreements with legal counsel, finance, landlords, sub-landlords,
subtenants and brokers.
• Coordinating the payment process of rent, landlord invoices with accounts payable and keeping a track on prepaid
rent and charges related to Prosperities and Real Estate.
• Doing the recruitment of staff and staff appraisals.
• Attending real estate meetings, seminars & Property Shows & Exhibitions.
