Responsible for trouble shooting, adjustment and repair of production machines, equipment and devices. Does weekly preventive maintenance to check and control all parameters of machines.
Actively participates with the Design Engineer towards the improvement and modification of machines. Updates with the drawing office regarding revisions due to modification of spare parts. Fabricates spare part when necessary as initial test of modified part.
Keeping the superior informed regarding machine efficiency and output quality. Monitor spare parts stock and keep them in proper order. Assuring safety is being practiced and housekeeping is being maintained to avoid accident and attain clean area.

Operates Lighter Assembly Machine and make sure it meets the required quality output.
Analyze machine troubles, preventive and corrective actions
Performs weekly preventive maintenance repairs and adjustments.
Monitor raw materials during production and assist in periodic inventory.
