1. Managing and responsibility to up keep Easy Plant / Site Management & Control (SMC) progress monitoring and hand-over system for healthy and smooth functioning at construction site.
2. Audit Easy plant and ensures that all engineering tag information has been correctly updated.
3. Coordinates with QC for verification that all tags are associated with correct QC forms.
4. Receive original punch list by discipline supervisor (issued from Construction / Commissioning / Client) and ensures updating in Easy plant.
5. Prepare completion notices as per contractual handover milestone (Mechanical Completion, Ready for Start-up etc.).
6. Coordination with engineering, construction and commissioning team to establish data required for mechanical completion, commissioning and handover of project.
