Handling year end inventory stock count, normal stock count and WMS cycle count, monthly damaged and expired removal for all 30 corporate company plant and warehouses such as food, Non-Food, Catering, Livestock, Medicines and Pharmacies. Responsible for continuous accuracy check of perpetual inventory stock quantity records for material control and accounting purposes. Analyzing and investigates the discrepancies, locates error sources from inventories and initiates corrective actions. Advising logistic plant management on inventory/accounting problems and recommend improvements to the system. Also participates in the implementation of inventory system improvements which to

o Responsible to analyze and balance the negative and positive stock adjustment which result from the yesterday minus sales.
o Creates daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.
o Provides routine management data regarding the inventory performance which involves evaluating and monitoring usage and cost of materials and consumables.
o Responsible for maintaining price change, shelf tag accuracy and signage.
o Executes timely promotions ensuring that the sale items are accurately tagged and information is coordinated with department manager in-charge.
o Inform department staff and duty manager concerning any scanning accuracies and errors.
o Handling transfer of items from store to store.

 Responsible for maintaining price change, shelf tag accuracy, and signage.

 Handling confirmation of item warehouse deliveries.
 Handling process store order to the warehouse.
