-Responsible to arrange and monitor all items and stocks.
-Attending customers orders and needs.
-To be able clearly highlight the feature and benefits of all products to customer.
-Ensure stocks deliveries are swiftly processed and presented on the sales floor according to brand.
-Build effective relationship with the customer.
-Read and understands all inm store communication.
• Advertising and displaying items for purchase is my main duty
• Aggressive and confident in dealing with the customers satisfaction
• Maintain the high standard of customers service and communication skill
• Ensure the availability of the product ahead of time before promotion
• Ensure store is fully replenished at all times.
• Answer the telephone, screen and direct call and take then relay massages.
• Provide information to caller and deal with queries from the public and customers.
• Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination.
• Ensures knowledge of staff movement in and out of organization.
• General administration and clerical support and prepare letters and documents for schedule appointment.
-Cleaning the function areas
-Meets the customer on arrival.
-Ensure all the tables and chairs are clean and set up the table talkers, condiments and inside tales cutlery and serviettes.
