Provide consultancy services to As Suq mine in a capacity of "Consultant Mill Superintendence". Where the scope of service includes:
Serving the company as a counterpart during plant, laboratory erection, heap leach pad construction.
Consulting and leading the commissioning team (commissioning manager), when both cold & hot commissioning were conducted and completed with success and solving serious problems associated with the crushing plant.
Superintend the entire process plant, with the aim of optimizing metal recovery, insuring constant plant availability, process and labor efficiency. Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with approved safety & environmental standards & regulations. Responsibility includes managing operations, mechanical & electrical maintenance, metallurgical & assay laboratory and water treatment & supply. In addition carry out duties and responsibilities of mine manager during his absence.

Responsible for all facets of the gold processing operations, Crushing, Grinding, Thickening, Leaching, Adsorption, Desorption, Bullion Productions, Tailings disposal and Tailing Dam Management. Planning, organizing, directing and control all mill production and metallurgical support activities, such as Maintenance and utility services. Give special attention, to all aspects of safety rules & regulations. Ensures the application of rules, company policies, regulations and institutes procedure where deemed necessary. Ensure that all resources of the operations are coordinated and deployed efficiently and effectively for the successful achievement of its objectives.

Basically an improvement in performance of grinding, gravity and sizing units were some of sounding achievements and upgrading carbon in pulp unit was another task which successfully accomplished, cost reduction, safety were the end result which can be highlighted as a success also.
