Responsibilities :
• Preparation of Monthly planning for the Preventive Maintenance of Electro-Mechanical counterparts in 5000 Cell sites as per the agreement.
• Remote troubleshooting of site alarms in Huawei and Nokia cell site equipment’s.
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units including Tower type and Split type units.
• Managing the manpower and materials to close the Trouble Ticket’s within the SLA.
• Scheduling Preventive maintenance of site equipments to prevent the occurrence of sudden equipment failure of Diesel Generators, Air Conditioners, ATS automation systems, BTS equipments and all the related systems of Mobile sites.
• Appropriate Escalations to be made as per the client requirements related to cell site alarms and site downs
• Vendor identification, negotiation and work completion as per client requirements if required when in house expertise is not available.
• Conducting site audits for verifying Site hygiene, optimisation, and also resource efficiency and effectiveness.
• Installation, Operation & Maintenance of Diesel Generators varying from 15 - 40KVA
• Operations and Maintenance of 5000 cell sites including DC power systems, ATS panels, Fire panels, AWL panels, Diesel generators and Air conditioning units
• Coordinating Field Teams as per the Alarms received from the various cell sites. Checking and verification of site Alarms
• Vendor identification, negotiation and work completion as per client requirements if required when in house expertise is not available.
• Generating timely reports regarding the site KPI’s and resource utilization
• Ensuring that the required DC voltage is supplied 24*7 to the customer without any downtimes ensuring DEWA compliances also.

Title : Operations & Maintenance - Electro Mechanical - Infra Service Provider
Client : INDUS Towers, Nokia Siemens Networks, Samsung
Responsibilities :
• Electrical Installation for Cell sites
• 4G Roll out project for 3 districts in Kerala which include the cutover of new systems for 2G and 3G.
• Analyzing Trouble Tickets raised on electrical equipment- Diesel Generators, Air Conditioners, Battery Banks
Installation of Generators, ATS Panels, DC Power systems, Battery banks.
• Purchase of spares for the electrical equipment required for closing Trouble Tickets
• Maintaining MSL of spares so that TAT is not crossed for closing TT’s.
• Monthly Reconciliation of Used Spares and Serviced Spares.
• Identifying suitable vendors required for servicing of equipment’s.
• Conducting site audits for verifying Site hygiene, optimisation, and also resource efficiency and effectiveness.
• To make sure installations were as per standards and matching client requirements
• Scheduling Preventive and Corrective maintenance to prevent the repeated failures of equipments.

• Electrical and Instrumentation works of Energy Transfer Stations, HVAC Retrofit and replacement works
• Preparing BOQ’s and Quotations
• Site Co-ordination as per Client Requirements.
• Material Co-ordination, Arranging Materials properly as required
• Electrical Installation as per drawings and making required modifications, if necessary, according to site conditions after Client's approval
• Erection and Installation of Power Panels and Control Panels.
• Installation of Cable Trays and Conduits as per the required standards.
• Installation of Field devices. Laying of Power and Control cables as per schedule
• Installation of Incoming Power cables through underground trenches.
• Meggering, Continuity testing and loop testing of cables as required.
• Glanding and Termination for Motors, VFD Panels, Power panels, DDC Panels, Lighting Panels and Field instruments.
• Illumination and Grounding works for Energy Transfer Stations.
• Installation of DDC and Power Panels for HVAC's.
• Raising RFI’s and required documentation works

· Coordinated Operations and Maintenance of telecommunication towers maintained by Indus Towers in 3 districts in Karnataka circle (India).
· Held responsible for Inventory Control, Key management, Energy optimization, and Space optimization with minimal site breakdown.
· Maintenance of diesel generators varying from 15kva to 40kva (Kirloskar, Mahindra, Eicher, Ashok Leyland).
· Handled Maintenance of site in automation using ACME's Power Interface Unit (PIU) or Pace Power India's Power Management Unit (PMU) or Intelux PMU or Powertech AMF Panels.
· Maintained Power Plant settings (Eltek, Emerson, Delta) at required levels so that output is maintained at 24/48V as required by the operators.
· Coordinated with network engineer for fault detection in case of site breakdown. Maintained site in good condition in all aspects.
· Managed all aspects of around 600 sites in Karnataka circle using 4 supervisors and 40 technicians.
