I worked as an Office Admin Assistant / AutoCAD Designer which is an important task in a construction company focused on preparing documents needed for our clients such as, quotations for our products, sample drawings, visual designs, etc. and filing them all as a hard and soft copy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries of Clients about the details and description of our products via phone or email.
- Checking the status of the item if it is being shipped from the factory to its final destination.
- Bookkeeping of the files and arranging them for easy access.
- Making drawings for our clients who need to visualize the proposed project.
- Doing some inventory for the items and equipment getting in and out of our office.
- Doing research in the web for data’s and information of a product being offered to us.
I worked as a Computer Technician for 6 year focusing on computer repairs hardware and software, network management, troubleshooting, etc. making sure all the computer are working well and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting the problem of the computer
- Install necessary application and hardware for a user-friendly computer
- Assisting our clients on their problems about their PC
- Making sure all software and applications are up to date
