Responsible for;
Entire sales team covering UAE, individual KPI’s and overall company targets.
Implementation and development of company CRM.
Company sales strategy for all 15 brands across the UAE.
Weekly sales meetings involving all sales employees, BDM & MD to review previous week’s
activity, enquiries and proposals through the CRM.
Monthly strategy meeting, outlining strengths and weaknesses and how we can increase
growth.
Ongoing motivation and development of the sales team, including training and recruitment.
Reporting to principal brands (Regional / Global Sales Managers) to submit forecasts and
strategies to grow the business.
Meeting with consultants and end users to present Haven Fire & Safety and relevant brands
with the objective of being included on their approved vendor list and assist with
specifications.
Market research into competitors to enhance company strategy.
All marketing activities across all brands in the UAE. Including, exhibitions (INTERSEC, ADIPEC,
WETEX etc.) advertising, updating sales & marketing presentations, promotional
items/marketing materials, seminars for clients / potential clients, lunch and learn sessions for
consultants, live demo’s in-house for INERGEN system.
Retaining market share for the ANSUL Kitchen business (R102 & Piranha) and other long
standing successful brands.
Growing the maintenance side of the business (AMC).
Growing the commercial project side of the business (Fire Alarm & Firefighting).
