Supervised collection of quarterly data from selected producer business groups (PBGs), Supervising enumerator data collection, Conducting back-checks and spot-checks during enumerator data collection and training evaluations, cleaning of mirror partners and mirror PBG data.

Attending training of stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness, Carry out spot checks by calling or visiting partners, PBGs and buyers to ensure that the data is accurate and evidence based, assist in data entry and drafted field and M&E reports on the research findings. This provides vital information on how to improve the management of entrepreneurial projects and better partnership with producer business groups (PBGs) in Kenya.

I facilitated and participated in the documentation of program processes and outcomes thus coming up with program field and activity progress reports .

I participated in managing a portfolio of program partners in the program and working with other program staff and short term consultants to provide organizational capacity building and program support for holistic, people-centered development.

I also organized and conduct field business visits and meetings, conferences and training activities with relevant partners.
