Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management
• Working closely with our Vice president, CEO and Chairman and Cross Function Team to manage a major agriculture-related project in the Middle East including but not limited: UAE(project Value USD 55 million) Saudi Arabia (project Value 27 million USD), Egypt (15million USD)
• Undertaking research and development, understanding our business concept and business activities to carry out projects with total cost of ownership
• Share the total cost of the ownership to stockholder, supporting them to make financial decision Global Sourcing and Supplier Management
• Using advanced purchasing plan to source the qualified suppliers/vendor which meet our project requirement
• Evaluation the supplier by using supplier rating system, select the pre-qualified supplier, preferred supplier, and qualified supplier
• Contacting the direct supplier ask for RFQ, RFP, RFI and evaluation the proposal Purchasing strategy
Logistics and warehouse management
• Experienced using the incoterms 2010, incoterms 2020 to handling global shipment to site project
• Working close with custom brokers, freight forwarder to manage each shipment from collection the
goods, arrange domestic transport, sea way or air way model to the project location
• Handing the international shipping document for export customs and import customs
• Successfully managed more than 30-50 containers monthly, and yearly more than 600 containers
to the site project
• Experienced with third part warehouse management and site project warehouse management,
including renting the warehouse, arrange offloading, loading and transferring the goods, keeping
record on the MRN system
• Managing more than 30 containers -50 containers monthly for re-export to other country
• Documentation preparation and certificate preparation from Chamber of Commerce, third party test
certificate ISO9001, skilled for apply SABER /SACO certificate in KSA, Skilled for ACID application for Egypt Customs
Risk management
• Skilled in using strategy management to identify the operational risks, process level risks, mitigate risks and monitoring risks
