Responsible for negotiation, implementation and closing of Telecom sites. Have completed projects worth USD 3.5 Million. Reporting to General Manager on weekly basis with financial, technical, and progress reports. Responsible for complete HSE of the team and reports directly to HSE Manager and MD regarding HSE.
Duties:
• Responsible for telecom and transmission jobs of a site.
• Telecom activities include Ericsson RBS 2G/3G deployment, Huawei 2G/3G /LTE /WiMAX deployment, Ericsson to Huawei Swap etc.
• Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
• Closely work with Procurement for CAPEX / OPEX planning and utilization.
• Transmission activities include Ericsson New Link Installations & configurations, E1/Vlan routing, TX Upgrades, Capacity upgrades, Relocations, Hub site migrations, HBB Upgrades, LTE Upgrades etc.
• Responsible for all HSE documentations including Journey Plans,
Permit to work (PTW), Risk assessment, Method of statement etc.
for oil field areas.
• Providing and maintaining Journey plans for all oil field activities
• Responsible for weekly auditing of project coordinators trackers,
HSE Docs like TBT, Permits etc. and IVMS reports from fleet
coordinator.
• Make sure that all stages of operations are within client specified
standards and it’s being accepted by the client.
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project
including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
• Maintaining and completing project Key Performance Indicators.
• Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
• Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
• Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
• Producing accurate financial reports.
• Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
• HSE inductions and frequent trainings to new and existing resources
•Plan and prioritize sub-projects to meet the overall program goals and objectives.
•Identify project inter-dependencies and pre-requisites to minimize contract/WO extensions and project changes.
•Monitor overall Program cost, schedule, and technical performance, and take preventative or corrective as required.
•Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.
•Responsible for stakeholder management across the full program.
•Maintain an effective relationship with all involved vendors and contractors to ensure program delivery within scope, budget and time.
•Ensure effective closeout and handover of completed programs.
•Prepare the ongoing periodical progress reports during the program life cycle.
•Provide standardized and consolidated reporting across all projects in each program.
•Participate in budget preparation in the initial stages of the program and during implementation controlling and monitoring the budget to see that it is within the budget limits.
•Processing and release of contractors/sub-contractors payments.
