Leading a team of 20+ professionals and 300k sq ft area Open yard + 30k Rack
locations, multiple Warehouses (Bulk storage) managing operations as below:
Plan - Oversee day-to-day operational activities - Planning and managing
logistics, warehouse, transportation, Inventory and customer service.
Ensure customer receives the best service by creating proactive strategies and
plans to meet their agreed SLA(Service level Agreement) and expectations.
Allocation of team as per workload to accomplish tasks in timely manner.
Regular briefing on productivity, huddles & safety guidelines.
Supervising of all Inventory Activities within the warehouses & at Customers end
to plan Replenish & Order Cycle.
Regular Stock Count & Reports Flow to maintain the Stock @ warehouse level.
Maintaining Inventory management system includes (Cycle count,
Replenishment, Destruction, Liquidation, ROL, STK Movement) reports for the
management.
Ensuring Warehouse & MHE cleanliness, maintenance, checklists are all updated
as per SOP for internal/external audits, customer visits.
Leading all regular Cycle count and Annual physical inventory programs to maintain 100% accurate inventory.
Supervising All Inbound and outbound Transfers
* Analyze shipment logs.
* Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
* Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
* Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
* Managing daily operations of end to end fulfilment process of receiving, put-away, picking
and packing, shipping and returns handling
* Owns and oversee the warehouse function including receiving, issuing, shipping,
transportation, cycle counting, and inventory control and reporting
* Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts
* Reconcile any inventory variances
* Prepare Inventory Ageing and Valuation
* Controlling Inventory of Warehouse, Stores, E-commerce, Vans.
* Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase order
* Supervising All Orders from Amazon, Noon.com, Kuehne Nagel, Eros Group, Sharaf DG,
Carrefour, LuLu, Geant, Jacky’s Electronics, Safari Mall, Mi Stores, etc.
* Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, documents and tracks
damages and discrepancies on orders received.
* Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
* Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
* Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical
publications
Dealing with stock of Office automation, office furniture, Security System and filing
System materials.
* Maintains and supervises receipts, records and withdrawals at the worksite. Checks
materials and supplies and reports when stock is low. (JABER AL AHMED AL JABER AL

* Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase order,
processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders reports, documents and
tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
* Posting of Issues Vouchers - Goods Receiving Notes and Invoices.
* Maintains the stock area, and other work areas in a clean and orderly condition
* Provide feedback to the management on the ongoing and upcoming stock and slow
moving stock.
* Monitor all inventory activity to ensure accurate reporting and recommend system or
process improvements when needed
Dealing with stock of Audio Visual, Public Address, CCTV, SMATV, Intercom
system materials.
* Maintaining Inventory reports.
* Provide feedback to the management on the ongoing and upcoming stock and slow
moving stock.
* Reconciliation and stock adjustment resulting from stock checks
* Reconciliation of stock-take information, inspection, communication and appropriate
data management relating to goods returned by customers
* Reporting any discrepancies in stock levels
* Monitor all inventory activity to ensure accurate reporting and recommend
system or process improvements when needed
* Advised on ways to improve store standards and to reduce shortage issue after.
* Maintains the stock area, and other work areas in a clean and orderly condition
