Member of the NME Region Executives board with direct report to the VP of the NME Zone &
functional reporting line to the International HR Director, my role purpose was to ensure the NME
Zone has the necessary and motivated HR Capital at short, mid and long term, adapted to the regional
and national stakes, in alignment with the Group Global & Regional Business Strategies as well as the
Group HR Strategy. I was in charge of 9 direct reports, including 5 regional HR Leaders located

Design and improvement of HR Personnel Administration & Payroll Business Policies
* Design and supervision of various HR Reports: Leave Management, End Of Service Provision,
Income Tax, National Security Accruals, Point-In-Time Employee reports (for specific inquiries).
* Coordination with all the Line Managers, GM, Store Managers, Warehouse Managers, for all HR
Personnel & Payroll related issues, including training them on every new designed Business Policy &
Process.
* Design & Implementation of JDEdwards HR & Payroll module, with an automatic interface to the
JDE Accounting & Financial module.
* Creation of a new Performance Appraisal System (PAS) for all the sales force, linked to an incentive
scheme.
* Defined new business procedures with supporting business process workflows, in close collaboration
with the business units users and information system ERP applications consultants.

business requirements that resulted as a full set of functional specifications for initial and subsequent
