As office, marketing and logistics assistant for the largest IT and Telecom distributor of Siemens Enterprise Communications, I had a wide range of responsibilities:
o Responsible for daily contact with Government Services of Dubai Silicon Oasis.
o Organizing all details when new staff/visitors joined;
Arranging travel requirements and visas.
Arranging temporary housing.
Arranging Company Benefits such as mobiles, cards, parking and medical insurances.
o Content Creation:
Startup and writing monthly company newsletter.
Startup and follow up of the company’s social media: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
o Providing Customer Care in a dynamic helpdesk team, through phone, email and ticketing.
o Responsible for handling the entire delivery process after order intake:
Order entry in ERP system (Navision) + booking.
Close customer contact to provide frequent updates on delivery.
Placing orders with Vendor (Siemens, Aastra, Gigaset, …).
Arranging transportation with logistics partners (TNT, Aramex, DHL).
Managing stock.
o Accounting: Keeping updated budget plan:
Cash flow.
Invoicing.
o Responsible for daily office assistant tasks:
Preparing minutes of meeting
Keeping track and replenishment of office inventory: stationery, refreshments, etc.
Welcoming visitors and operating the switchboard.
Organizing and filing of official correspondence, invoices, orders, etc; hard copies as well as soft copies through cloud-based software.
o Creating and Updating Price Tools through Excel:
Collecting market prices.
Creating Excel tools allowing for easy data input/output.
Active as Sales Associate in a floristry company in Brussels
o Responsible for accepting and inspecting goods on delivery
o Design/arranging products based on customer request.
o Very close customer interaction due to responsibility for delivery and sales.
