Monitored and supervised a team of Departure/Customer service Agents, Checking-in and safely boarding the passengers to the aircraft, profiling passengers and intercepting bulky baggages, monitoring the ETA/ETD of the aircraft and flight crew, monitoring the status of the weather and status of the aircraft, communicating to Ramp Agent and Station Manager regarding the status of the flight, doing shift report in MS Outlook and attending to the queries and needs of the customers
