• Managing sales and overall operations of the Bahrain branch of Corys piping system.
• Managing the sales targets through projects, distributors and retail channels in the region.
• Strategic involvement with the key influencers in the projects to offer them added values on their projects by giving them suitable solutions for their concerns related to water management systems, particularly on the design, right material selection and installation.
• Working closely with the key consultants, clients and contractors in the region to create awareness on the key engineering considerations for plastic drainage and water management systems in a building to offer them a right choice for their product selection on their projects.
• Be in the part of Generating approvals for our brands from various MEP consultants as a part of company’s business development process.
• Managing key distributors and retail business.
• Managing the aftersales operations by coordinating with relevant team in the branch and in the headquarters.
• Ensured technical and commercial supports to the stake holders by arranging presentations, factory visits, site trainings and follow ups.
• Ensure complete support to the contractors and site consultant for their jobs.
• Help distributors with new market opportunities and inquiries.
• Develop and sustain the relationship between Company, distributors and the end users.
• Ensure regular follow-up until we won the project.
• Address complaints from the customers in terms of product and service given by the distributors and offer them with right solutions.
• Ensure manufacture presence on the supplying projects till it gets handed over to their client to make sure everything is right with our products.
• Involve in the auditing process of the branch to ensure no discrepancies.
