Data Centre Operations (Primary DC and DR DC)- Provide uninterrupted service with ITIL standards and agreed SLA
Infrastructure Upgrade & Utilization as per the business requirements
First level support for IT Infrastructure related issues. Escalate to higher levels if required.
Networks, Firewalls, servers, storages and Data center infrastructure and facilities monitoring
Physical check of the devices. Tape movement and backup.
WCM system monitoring
Additional task of critical SAP jobs scheduling and monitoring.
Security and Risk Management.
IT Support. Software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
LAN/ VLAN configuration and troubleshooting. Avaya and Cisco VoIP troubleshooting
Server Administration, Virtual machine administration using VMware and Hyper-V
Active Directory administration. Privilege management in servers and client machines
Patch Management
Asset management- Desktops, Laptops, Printers and scanners, Smartphones, IP Phones
Antivirus Management using Symantec in servers and client machines
Proxy management (Internet Security) using ZScaler
Mobile Device Management. Audio and Video Conferencing Solution management
Operations Management of the whole Infrastructure team.
Data center monitoring using monitoring tools.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies
SLA management of each IT team and Compliance Audits
Configuration Management and Quality Management
Corporate IT Governance- Incident, Problem and Change management, SLM

Hiring, resource management and talent acquisition
Designing the circuits for custom devices and sales.
Technical support to installation team
Performance Management, resource utilization, payroll management and employee engagement
User training, Customer Services and feedback
Maintenance during warranty
Post warranty trouble shooting
