Job Responsibilities include:
Overall in charge of safety matters of the company on aspects of work.
Conduct tool box meeting once in a week.
Proper orientation training to every new employee in safety rules and regulations.
Obtain required working permits to every restricted area such as Hammable area,
Hydrocarbon area Commissioning Area etc.
Inspect electrical equipment’s.
Monitor all area for safety violation and hazards.
Inspect and maintain housekeeping in all area.
Review and evaluate safety reports.
Identify and eliminate Hazzard.
ACTIVITIES
❖ Ensure that hazards are identified and corrective actions are set in place to ensure that
do not occur again.
❖ Monitor the project and ensure that there is high level of house keeping
❖ Preparing Risk Assessments
❖ Maintain Method statement/procedure.
❖ Conducting Internal safety inspections as well as identifying and recording problem
related to safety Management
❖ Continuously conduct top to bottom hazard inspections and standards
❖ Inspect all area of the project for compliance with company expectations and project
safety standards
❖ Take positive disciplinary action where there are obvious repeated safety breaches or
specific negligence
❖ Escalated issues or situation to the safety manager regarding ongoing issues that are
noted to be difficult to address
❖ Participate in safety job start meeting and provide information or advice on hazard that
are discussed
❖ Monitor on site conditions, update notice board, site signals etc.
❖ Participate in the project safety committee meeting.
❖ Conduction off tool box meeting
❖ Implementation of HSE management procedure approved by client /consultant
❖ HSE audits of company working system
❖ Implementation of reliable scaffolding system
❖ Inspection of crane, lifting tool & tackles and vehicles
❖ Follow the client permit to working system
❖ Implementation of client scaffold tag system
❖ Accident investigation and reporting &maintaining record and analysis of accident
statistics
