projects with consultants and contractors. My work comprises of preparing tender &
baseline programmes, resource and cost loading, progress updating and monitoring to
ensure successful completion. It also includes formulating contracts summary and
flowcharts, analysing delays and substantiation for claims.

Planning Engineer, Waterfront City, Dbayeh, Lebanon — 2015 (1 year)
My work included preparing the revised baseline schedule, extracting construction,
engineering & procurement look-aheads, updating progress on a bi-weekly basis,
evaluating the impact of delay events and setting up the project monthly report.
As a Planning Engineer, I was responsible of preparing overall master schedule and
updating resources, tracking, monitoring and forecasting progress of all activities.
As a Junior Contract Administrator, I was in charge of formulating claims for extension of
time and assisting the Project Managers in contractual backups.
