➢Installation and Commissioning of the Green Duct System on the client site ( F&B Commercials) as per the contract and as per the annual maintenance contract, maintaining the machine and scheduling monthly maintenances.
➢Units to location, liaising with contractors / sub-contractors, full installation, testing, programming, commissioning, handover and operator basic training.
➢ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns, sending the maintenance/service & photographic reports to the client.
➢ Submission of all the documents and drawings prior to the project begins,
➢ Repairing equipment, supervising technical staff and obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
➢ Managing budgets, maintaining statistical and financial records.
➢ Creating maintenance procedures and managing stocks of supplies and equipment
➢ Liaise with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
➢ Implementing our system to the AutoCAD drawing from the contractor.
➢ Implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
➢ Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.
Advice in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of technical aspects of network cabling. Includes solving technical issues, providing advice, preparing reports and commissioning by third party.

•Providing technical advice and problem solving on site
•Preparing site reports and filling in other paper works
•Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
DUTIES

•Liaising with consultants and subcontractors
•Supervise the delivery of materials and distribution of materials on site
•Assisting in preparing Bills of Quantities for procurement of subcontract packages
•Ensures timely preparation of material submittals and drawings
•Track the progress and quality of the work being performed by trades
•Assisting in coordination of onsite activities

•Maintain contract execution tracking log

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
