• Supervise entrance exam for newly registered students
• Conducting academic and financial school orientation
• Collecting and archiving registration-related documents (i.e., Passport, National ID, Dismissal Form, etc.)
• Preparing daily reports related to teacher observation, student infractions, and teachers' complaints, etc.
• Monitoring student attendance and absence
• Coordinating student line-up process prior, during, and after recess with the help of SLO to maintain order
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students
• Entering information into SABIS School Management System (SSMS) including teacher and student attendance report, student infractions, etc.
• Informing students of disciplinary actions that will be taken, including classroom detention, after-school detention, etc.
• Attending weekly meetings with team to discuss any concerns or issues, they have regarding students’ behavior
• Backing up classroom teachers by supervising students in classes, at recess or during special activities
• Monitoring activities and notable incidents for school administrators
• Enforcing school district guidelines with students across classes and levels
• Conferring and resolving education-related issues and problems with students, parents, and school officials.
• Working in collaboration with designers and programmers to ensure end user requirements are met
• Reviewing published materials for the division and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of production
• Following technical operating instructions, testing procedures, service and repair manuals and organizing and compiling technical data and design specifications
• Creating Technical, Commercial, and Consulting proposals based on RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs
• Researching and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers and negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
• Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Working with team members to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
• Collaborating with financial team on contracts, invoices and other financial matters
• Maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers to promote workflow and respond to inquiries.
• Ensuring competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
• Maintaining complete, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
• Executing and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
• Assisting in managing and following up overseas orders
• Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts
• Monitoring and coordinating deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time
• Sourcing, selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers
