DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist and Support the Project manager in the timely and Proper Construction execution
•Execute and Review all Bar Bending schedule, Daily progress report, Drawings and work progress quality.
•Perform Project Planning and Project Documentation.
•Checking the project is completed on time, within budget and as per the quality standard.
•Formulate all correspondence with various parties including valuation and claims.
•Manage with consultants and attend regular coordination meetings.
•Liaise with all sub-contractors on Technical issues and coordination of site activities
•Monitor all Site Inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
•Coordinate with Design Department for proper execution at site
•Preserve all Time Safety at site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist and Support the Project manager in timely and Proper Construction execution
•Monitor and Supervise all Earthworks activities to acquire Sub grade Formation level
•Monitor all Mobilization and Demobilization of equipment and machineries
•Managed all Activities pertaining Pipe laying Underground and Aboveground
•Monitor all Activities on Carriage Way and Submit Daily progress reports
•Organise with consultant and attend regular coordination meeting.
•Liaise all sub-contractors on Technical issues and coordinate all site activities
•Monitor all Site Inspections to ensure that all works are carried out and all technical issues are resolved on time.
•Coordinate with Design Department for proper execution at site

Project : Dubai Marina Apartment (40 stories Precast Tower) 6 Tower Project)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, Planning, Implementation and Monitoring work schedule in accordance to the master detailed programmes
•Interface with Engineer of other disciplines, sub-contractor and QA/QC Inspector department.
•Scheduling all materials purchasing/ Delivery and equipment utilization
•Ensure all Safety and Quality assurance procedures and standard are followed
•Ensure Progress according to schedule and Quality standard is maintain
•Liaise with Trades on the activities and construction effort needed to achieve progress
Within schedule and budget
•Planning, Develop and organize the Construction effort to formulate the most
Cost-effective plan to support schedule and cost
