Regional Commodity Manager, Global Procurement (Regional Coverage : South East Asia)

Responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipments and services for all the plants in South East Asia.
Successfully setup China & India’s procurement departments in the plants in Dongguan, China in 2006 and Bangalore, India in 2007 and monitored progress of newly setup departments. The two new departments were under my close supervisions during the pilot and moved into steady state operation in 6 months and handed over to regional heads.
