Extracting consultant activity from the company’s recruitment software to create daily excel sheet consultant reports for management.
• Analyzing company revenues by client, consultant and period
• Calculating consultant commissions
• Optimizing spend on employee medical insurance via detailed analysis of medical insurance quotes vis-à-vis the
medical needs of various employees at different heirarchical levels
• Responsible for monitoring, analzying and controlling employee expenses on communication, client entertainment
and business travel
• Responsible for tracking company petty cash expenses
• Managing procurement process of office supplies and equipments.
• Responsible for the smooth operations of all IT software, telecommunication and work devices at all times.
• Managing user access, emails logins and password reset on the company’s Office365 Business platform
• Organising company events and functions
• Registering Candidates to the company's recruitment tool (ADAPT Bond software) and making administrative level
changes to the system
• Handling of all office building administrative paperwork
Major Project:
Currently managing the separation of the Gulf Recruitment Group from its parent company. Ensuring the smooth wind down of the business tied to the old trade license. In addition, I also had to assist in setting up the new Gulf Recruitment Group license and business premises.
Reporting to the managing director dealing in the recruitment of C-level executives.
• Creating a database of local and multinational companies in specific industries around the Gulf Region.
• Researching the job markets, regulations and working environment for recruitment projects and relocation guides
• Managing Job Adverts on the company’s websites and job portals.
• Searching for talents through Linkedin, job portals and our internal database
• Working in parallel with other consultants, searching for senior talents in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and FMCG sector
I worked with Todd appraisals, an appraisal company based in Kansas, USA. My responsibility was to compile reports needed by their agents in the field to properly value residential homes and building in Kansas.
• Accessing US property information from Multiple listing services, Zillow.com and State county records.
• Extract relevant appraisal information for the report such as property history, property description, building sketches, zoning area, pictures etc.
• Ensure submitted work follows strict report format and referencing as set by the client
The feasibility study was part of a government grant scheme to analyse sustainable technologies that could be used in Singapore. Olive Ventures had chosen to look into Frigel’s Ecodry patented adiabatic cooler, a replacement for evaporative cooling towers.
Responsibilities:
• Wrote the entire feasibility study of Ecodry’s patented closed loop heat rejection system in the Singapore market.
• Liased with suppliers, contractors and government authorities.
• Conducted financial analysis for the heat rejection system to determine return-on-investments from efficiency savings
• Conducted Market Research on various sustainability themed business.
o Created reports for SEAS about the green investment policies of Six ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines & Singapore) for submission to the Italian trade commission.
o Updated green energy policies, business policies, and project developments for each country.
Achievements
• Completed report in 1.5 months and helped the company acquire SGD40, 000 in feasibility study funding
