Currently serving in a Lead QA-QC mechanical team leadership role in Saudi Arabia, supporting large EPC and industrial project execution with
emphasis on fabrication quality, vendor quality, construction quality, mechanical integrity, and turnover readiness. This position reflects
manager-level accountability in daily execution, coordination with different departments, and practical support to project delivery from
engineering and procurement interfaces through construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages. The role covers quality
planning, vendor qualification, manufacturing surveillance, inspection and testing, material compliance, punch closeout support, mechanical
completion readiness, and final handover support for modules, pressure equipment, piping, tanks, and hydrogen-related packages.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor quality activities, including manufacturing surveillance, certification review, inspection release
• Lead NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis processes and ensure that quality concerns are closed effectively and prevented from
repeating.
• Support pre-commissioning readiness by ensuring test packs, reinstatement records, inspection dossiers, and mechanical completion
documents are in place before systems are offered for handover.

Worked as QA/QC Manager for Saudi Aramco-related EPC scopes, leading project quality activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, and handover. This role established strong manager-level exposure to Aramco requirements, welding quality systems, inspection controls, vendor coordination, site support, and full-life-cycle quality assurance for static and piping systems.
• Integrated engineering, procurement, vendor surveillance, fabrication, and installation activities into one coordinated project quality system aligned with Saudi Aramco requirements and project execution needs.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures in line with Saudi Aramco requirements (SAEPs, SAICs, SATIPs, SAMSS, SAES).
