- HR Support by:
1- Guide and Monitoring LG Sudan Staff to implement LG Policy.
2- Support LGE Global- HR Dept. by updating official Holidays in Sudan, Sudan labor law (working hours, employment contact terms, etc.).
3- Employees’ attendance monitoring and reporting.
- PR Supporting for LGE Company and LGE Employees.
- Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
- Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception.
- Establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
- Flowing with Commercial register, labor office, taxation champers for (income and corporate) taxes, Social insurance office and Health Insurance.
- Accounting Management (Petty Cash, Bank Accounts, branch asset).
- preparation of accounting reports, entering Vouchers in LG ERP System (GBTS and GEVS and EP)
- Calculating financial issues and Data analysis.

- Supporting in Marketing by daily updating advertisement and Promotions of competitors.
- PR Supporting for LGE Company and LGE Employees.
- Daily update of Sudan Political and Economic Situation in Sudan and report to LGEEF Management.
- Responsible for office correspondence in computer in both Arabic and English.
- Store management of KFD Factory and store keepers supervision.
- Review supporting documentation for processing various actions; answer a variety of enquiries and supply readily available information from office files, databases, liaising with other offices appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative reports, draft routine correspondence; arrange for briefings and debriefings and take notes at meetings.
- Extract and input data from various sources in the human resource database as well providing analysis when required.
