- Managing existing clients’ accounts and ensuring clients satisfaction
- Developing clients yearly business plans and budgets
- Assist in directing BDMs to successfully achieve their clients' goals and KPIs
- Initiate, rollout and manage comprehensive retro plans for all clients activities and projects to secure successful implementation
- Attend Business reviews and budget presentations with Clients
- Develop and maintain productive work relations with the business community especially the travel industry including Travel Agents, Wholesalers, Airlines and major Corporate Companies with Meeting/Incentive Group potential as well clients related diplomatic convoys
- Ensure well-coordinated working relation between Operation (BDMs) and support team
- Keep, maintain & drive in more business (revenue and/or visitors) to the Clients and the Company
- Increase revenue by fulfilling banquet calendar of events (weddings, meetings, conferences, launching programs, etc...)
- Handling all events inquiries and making sure guest satisfactions comes first
- Assist and coach team members to achieve KPIs and develop work efficiency
