Key Responsibilities:
• Provided leadership in managing the “Enterprise Challenge Qatar” one of Qatar Shell flagship CSR program for Entrepreneurs by training over 1000 students spread across 25 schools and 13 universities and trained100+ volunteers for creating awareness in local communities.
• Constantly strove to improve project performance, effectively tracked and reported progress activities and managed a project budget of ECQ (USD$ 700, 000) per year.

• Entrusted with a mega responsibility of managing a Shell sponsored initiative that supports young people in starting their own business and choose self employments by offering appropriate professional training for almost 500 students a year.
• Played a vital role in developing a strategy and action plan by partnering with Project North East and LiveWire in the UK in addition to preparing optimized budgets and expense forecasts.
• Oversaw the daily operations of all Intilaaqah activities in Syria right from hiring the Intilaaqah team including efficient trainers, enrolled strategic partners and focused on scaling up business opportunities.
