1. Collecting and analyzing data concerning students, faculty, staff, and other educational facilities.
2. Promoting institutional effectiveness and continual improvement by providing information for institutional planning, policy formation, and decision-making.
3. Providing vital data for surveys and reports from external agencies such as the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) and Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).
4. Compiling data for institutional self-study and accreditation by external agencies.
5. Defining data sets, guidelines and procedures for implementing the policies within the university.
6. Keeping track of the performance of the university and insuring performance alignment with the UAE MOE’s standards and the university strategy.
7. Contributing to the risk management process through collecting, analyzing and reporting risks, and assessing their potential impacts, followed by planning action plans.
8. Contributing to process and procedure standardization by reviewing and creating forms.
9. Contributing to information security risk management through planning, collecting and analyzing data from the various departments, then assessing risks and providing mitigation plans and procedures.
9. As per management request, an additional task was preparing the site map of the new university website in addition to gathering data for its content.
1. Data analysis, collection, and reporting (quantitative and qualitative)
2. Institutional research including survey design, administration and analysis.
3. Provision of professional support for senior management, staff, and faculty in areas of quality assurance and governance
4. Co-ordination and implementation of processes associated with quality assurance of the University; ensuring that systematic, accurate and appropriate records are maintained.
5. Promotion of institutional effectiveness and continual improvement by providing information for institutional planning, policy formation, and decision-making.
6. Ensuring full alignment with Abu Dhabi’s strategic priorities and timely reporting on key performance indicators to local and federal government entities.
7. Delivering on all institutional and program-level accreditation requirements set by Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) and the UAE Commission of Academic Accreditation (CAA)
8. Provision of pro-active support for internal and external quality review procedures.
Responsible for students files and information, roles include:
1. Revewing and setting the student registration standards.
2. Providing the registration department annual plan.
3. New student file creation and insuring complete, up-to-date documents (including grades, requests...etc.) in accordance with the MOE standards. This includes coordination with other departments inside the university.
4. Reviewing the existing students filing system.
5. creating and updating studentslists and statistics.
6. Providing students information for internal and external parties.
7. Coordinating and communicating with the granting parties for the students grants on a monthly basis.
8. Issuing students documents upon request (To whom it may concern, student statements...etc.)
1. Responsible for the development and improvement of the IT / ICDL course.
2. The procurement of ICDL test center.
3.Coordinating ICDL certification for the university's students with the official ICDL test center.
4. Teaching the following courses: "Descriptive Statistics" and "Content Analysis".
Responsible for moderate to complex technical documentation tasks and projects with a writing focus in both languages (Arabic and English). - Assisting with reviewing and updating a variety of materials including requirements, design specifications, architecture documentation, technical presentations, and testing plans and procedures. - Working with subject-matter experts to gather technical information and design and writing documentation. - Working with project managers, development team and quality assurance team to edit technical information and maintain high quality standards. - Recommending overall organization and layout, editorial standards and publication methods.
Initiating Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sales prospects. Sales of various software solutions and Microsoft licensing agreements. Ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met and maintaining strong customer bonds. Coordinating with the technical support team to insure efficient and effective solutions to their technical issues.
Courses included; Strategic Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Services Marketing, Project Management and Organizational Behaviour (OB).
