Provide counselling and advice to all employees in line with company and HR policies and UAE Labour laws.
Devise and implement plan for new employee induction and orientation at all levels within the units and subsequent
follow-up on progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction & probation period.
Coordination of training schedules and courses for new and existing staff.
Knowledge of renewal of company Trade license, chamber of commerce and Experience in municipality related works,
Vehicle licenses, civil defence and other government related documents.
Monitor and ensure timely renewals of Labour cards, residence permit, medical and health insurance cards.
Arranging all type of visas and ensuring selection process and joining formalities are completed.
Preparing salary, NOC, experience and license related certificates, Bank, traffic & immigration dept. certificates for
employees when required.
Managing employee’s leave and exit procedures, cancelling the visas and settle the dues within appropriate time frame by
coordinating with relevant departments.
Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the time and attendance system (including leave and end of
service benefits)
Follow through on the implementation of HR policies & procedures and ensuring the same as per Labour laws and
regulations.
Obtaining documents from government offices eg. DED, Notary Public - Dubai Courts, MOJ etc.,
Corporate transactions: transfer of shares, change of company activity, change of company facility, preparing share
certificates, etc.,
