Managed the planning and execution of a customer experience project with the enterprise unit to transform the telephonic account management unit a call center-like unit with structured operational guidelines and processes and to enhance our customer experience by developing a single enterprise short code, end of call survey and sales follow up SMS.

Handled the 2012 and 2013 process owner evaluation of 70+ VF Group processes in coordination with Internal Audit and developed a standard process for future years.

Developed Board, Board Committees and Management Committees terms of reference, Board members’ job descriptions and a code of conduct as part of a corporate governance enhancement project for government real estate investment companies and multiple banks.

Engaged in setting up corporate governance for a new subsidiary of a government based IT organization.

Developed processes and procedures for Card Center Unit for a leading Islamic bank in Qatar taking into account global leading practice, regulatory requirements and the bank’s Sharia beliefs.

Assessed the current state corporate banking and retail processes and practices of an Islamic bank in Qatar and developed future state corporate banking and retail processes and procedures taking into consideration leading practice, the bank’s vision and decisions taken by the bank’s Sharia Supervisory Board.

Assessed budgeting and reporting processes for a real estate investment company and developed future state processes and policies. This assignment included building a budgeting model and a financial reporting framework with financial statement templates for the client’s many subsidiaries as well as identifying and developing financial report templates for the client’s top management.

Developed policies, procedures manuals and process flows geared towards enhancing the quality of clients’ work and making operations more efficient covering:
- Finance & Accounting for a government entity and a real estate investment entity;
- Procurement & Tendering & Information Technology for a government entity;
- Internal and External Communications & Corporate Governance for a real estate investment entity; and

Performed an assessment of customer service capabilities of local and international competitors for a start-up insurance company.
