Job Summary:
Maintain and develop the relationship with customers through being the one-stop-shop contact point to achieve Aramex growth organically/through new acquisitions and help develop Aramex services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attain business growth by taking the following actions on and in-interaction with the customers:
- Managing the customers’ base to maintain and develop the relationship with customers and serving their needs

• Field and indoor marketing and sales activities
• Pricing, costing, and invoicing and working with all Freight Products.
• Manage a customer account; maintaining customer’s relationship.
• Build and maintain a regular flow of business opportunities, and develop sales and contribute to meeting set growth targets.
• Maintain proper customer information, provide customers with offers/quotations (Freight, Express, Domestic & Logistics ...Etc), and update communications as needed on Aramex CRM systems
