creating the yearly grid for the channel, arranging with Production houses for the required programs from content and duration wise, Acquiring New programs and series, managing promo department and graphic department, coordinating with sales and marketing in their campaign, working and advising for the online team and Radio
1. Working on the first broadcast tapeless system in the Middle East which is Media Genix (What’s on) and the integration for this system with another 12 systems (VPMS, S4M, Annova, ...).
3. Arranging the workflow for my department in regards of the system I’m working on (What’s on) and its reliability with the other system for a smooth workflow.
4. After installing the system, we worked on Testing Period Plan for the channel before the launch; I was working on the grid and the Plan and making sure that everyone in my team is working simultaneously.
5. Supervising Content and viewing department, by arranging their workflow and being the responsible person with the CCO in regards of the deals and contract for the series and movies we are receiving.
6. Supervising Transmission Department in order of doing amendments for the channel with them (during the internal testing period for the channel) and making sure that they are receiving the schedule on time, besides making sure that they are receiving all the requested material on time.
7. Receiving all the contracts and inserting them in the system.
8. Creating the House Number and Media ID for our Media after ingesting it.
9. Sending Ingest Request for Media Management Department and making sure that the Media is available with them for ingest purpose.
10. Working aside with the Editors to explain the workflow and to make sure they are sending the requested file to their exact folder which is the transmission Final Folder.
11. Making sure that News department are providing the operation department with their exact timing for any live News and handing over their recorded programs.
12. Providing Producers with the requested House Number from the system that I have created manually to arrange receiving their shoots and save it in the archive.
