projects in camps and urban setings, aligning with global best practices and local regulations, and
establishing poverty lines for refugee populations through calculating the rental Minimum Expenditure
Basket (MEB) across Jordan.
• Serve as Gender Focal Point, embedding age, gender, and diversity considerations into sector-wide
shelter programs, enhancing protection and inclusivity.
• Lead development of innovative shelter materials and design standards, improving refugee camp
environmental resilience by 30%.
• Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry to foster R&D in shelter
solutions. As well as direct multiple Project Partnership Agreements centered on sustainable housing
and setlements, achieving measurable improvements in refugee living conditions.
• Presenting UNHCR globally in housing forums, podcasts, and emergency trainings.

• Led a labor-intensive cash-for-work program improving Sahabs green spaces, water, and sanitation
networks, positively impacting 150+ workers, including vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees. And
coordinated inclusive community engagement and sensitization efforts, fostering social cohesion and
gender equity (20% female workforce participation).
• Delivered project within budget and timeline, elevating local environmental resilience.

Planning project`s resources, defining project scope within budget, monitoring and reporting project progress, timeline, and financial commitments. Preparing stakeholder`s map needs assessments, and SWOT analysis for all project locations.

including commercial and hospitality buildings. And facilitated collaboration between contractors,
consultants, and client stakeholders to maintain project objectives.
