1. Contract Administration: controlling and drafting all contractual communications on behalf of the contractor, in particular correspondence related to the progress of works, default by the Employer/Subcontractors, errors, and omissions in contract documents and unforeseeable circumstances.

2. Analysis of conditions of contracts to identify risks, ambiguities and discrepancies;

3. Assessing Contractor's entitlement for extension of time;

4. Assessing Contractor's entitlement for loss and expense;

5. Preparation of Claims, Rebuttal of Claims and Counterclaims. Preparation of claims includes identifying delay events and carrying out delay analysis using internationally recognized methodologies and calculation of prolongation cost
and cost of disruption.

6. Advise Clients on how to prevent claims from escalating to disputes. In the event disputes emerge, provide assistance in dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings. This includes assistance in the preparation of pleadings and attendance of hearings.

7. Provide assistance in the preparation of delay and quantum expert witnesses reports during arbitration.

8. Preparation of arbitral pleadings when representing clients in arbitration.

9. Forensic examination of the contractor's construction schedule and major subcontractors’ schedules of works.

10. Assessment of Variation Orders. This includes carrying out quantities take off.

11. Assessment of disputed Variation Orders. This includes a thorough review of the contract documents to verify whether the request is indeed a variation or within the original scope of work.

4. Approve the contractor’s monthly payment applications;

5. Ensure material delivered to site complied with the specifications;

6. Preparation of regular progress reports to the Client and management; § Approving and assessing Contractor's claimed variation orders.

7. Assess Contractor's request for an extension of time.

8. Ensure that health and safety plan was adhered to and report any violations.

1. Structural designer for various projects including residential, commercial, cultural centers and mixed-use projects. I was also responsible for the design of concrete structures in various wastewater treatment plants. My duties also extended to quantity surveying.

2. Water Engineer responsible for the design of storm water structures (i.e. culverts, channels, ditches) and water networks including carrying out the hydrological analysis and hydraulic design.
