I am currently working as an Academic Coordinator in the Department of Law and Economics at the Paris Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi. Daily tasks include preparing class schedules, updating Banner system with course information, preparing yearly syllabi, handling student enquiries and issues, providing support to professors in course preparation and delivery, including maintenance of Blackboard, and responding to information requests from the Abu Dhabi Education Council. Detailed tasks include:
-Preparing and updating class schedules

-Preparing yearly syllabi for the Bachelor degrees of Law and Economics & Management
-Handling student enquiries and solving any issues that may arise throughout the course of the semester
-Supporting professors in course preparation and delivery
-Maintaining the Blackboard website and adding all new course material as needed
-Responding to information requests about student enrollment and professor data from the Abu Dhabi Education Council
-Preparing for final exam sessions, including collecting exam subjects from professors, planning final exam schedule, and providing support in the exam hall concerning regulation of permitted documents
-Extracting grades from Agility platform and presenting grades of students for jury review, entering final grades into Apogée platform
