• Management of the multinational/enterprise clients and fulfil their requests and inquiries (Norway, USA, UK, France, Puerto Rico, Germany, Dubai, etc..).
• Attend meetings with the supply chain to align on the shipped orders.
• Fill in clients on the status of shipments (Tracking orders with clients).
• Create a standardized operational procedure for the customer success/finance departments.
• Manage the supply chain team, align on procedures to assure the quality of delivery.
• Coordinate with the supply chain department on the manufacturing specification sheets and make sure they QC the packages.
• Make sure each department meet the needs of the clients.
• Development of customers experience to make it more seamless.
• Handle the customers complaints.
• Maintain a positive relationship between all parties for future business ventures.
