Hire people for different positions and levels
• Responsibilities include Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Conducting Interviews
• Coordinate and assist in setting up interviews
• Manage all the candidates process since they are schedule for interviews, until join the transnational companies
• Manage 2 exhibitions / stores in Americas and Europe pavilions.
• Recruitment: Hire saleswomen for stores.
• Manage personnel.
• Administration activities.
• Supervise and support Customer Service.
•Manage and mantain a good relationship between the clients (Local, expat Managers) and It-Seekers.
• Understand all the sourcing requirements and negotiate those with the clients.
• Attend, Receive, Understand, Follow-Up and Fulfill all Personnel Requirements.
• Work closely with Recruitment Manager in order to fulfill all the requirements in a timely manner.
• Analyze the recruitment processes and do improvements.
• Manage all the candidates process since they are schedule for interviews, onboarding until join the transnational companies
• 2.0 Recruitment to hire IT candidates.
• Manage recruiters activities like: Follow the process of their candidates, ask for the feedbacks, put pressure in order to submit resumes for open positions, etc.
• Scrum Master´s activities.
• To organize and have meetings with Managers (Clients), CEO`S and Recruiter Manager.
• Manage all the clients´Statement of Work.
• Do rates for the clients and ask for the approvals.
• Organize waves to hire Service Desk Analyst, etc.

• Recruitment and Selection: IT engineers (LATAM).
• Follow up of candidates that will join to TCS.
• Schedule candidates for Tata Open House or Drives.
• Apply interviews to candidates by phone.
• Do trackers about Latam sourcing support.
• Internal communication with all Latam Recruiters and Indian Managers.
• Do Bonafide Letters (Expats / Mexicans) Peru and Mexico.
• Respond to various requests for information in support of Line HR and management.
• Provide administrative support for Human Resources including the areas of contracts/benefits, employment, employee relations.
• Conduct screenings to send the candidates interested for different countries in Latam.
• Manage the process of loans for employees.
• Recruitment and selection of candidates for businesses, vacancies of all kinds. for example: Administrators, Managers, IT Engineers, Web and Graphic Designers and from all areas, Insurance Agents, and Architects among others.
• Apply psychometric tests.
• Establishing recruiting sources and strategies.
• Conducting the interviews and applying psychometric tests to applicants to Manage the onboarding process.
