9. Ensure efficient and consistent communication with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders, for timely forecasting, supply and distribution of products in region.


Communication:
10. Maintain consistent cross-functional/ sector communication and sharing of information with OpCo’s and Focus/Disease Area colleagues in region
11. Communicate and leverage expertise, knowledge and best practices with other Regional Execution Leaders to ensure consistent and congruent implementation of strategies and programs
12. Provide regular feedback and a monthly report to Global Execution Leader on progress across key results areas
13. Manage regional operational budget and business planning responsibilities for the region
14. Provide input into strategy development for the region


Technical Support:
15. Provide assistance and support of the Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance requirements as may be required by the local Opco Regulatory team
16. Collaborate with the Admin Assistant and Compliance Officer to ensure all activities are appropriately approved through Health Care Compliance
17. Ensure compliance of all IT and HCBI requirements for all third party intermediaries appointed in the region
18. Ensures compliance of Regulatory, Quality, Medical Information and PV standards under the governance of JCI (SOPs, Processes) as may be required within region
19. Ensure that all training requirements that support this job function, are completed timeously.
20. Work closely with local and global Medical Affairs for assistance with queries generated from the region
21. Provides support to Medical Affairs operational elements in the region such as product awareness & medical education, pre-approval access programme, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance and medical information
22. Assisting in coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audit as necessary
23. Support the Due Diligence process for Third party intermediary companies
