• Becoming educated in qualifications of multiple insurances to ensure clean order intake.
• Entering patient information into a customer information system and handling the billing process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health
• Serving as a backup when other employees are out due to absent staff members.
• Making decisions as needed off-hours or without supervision to ensure an uninterrupted supply of product to
customers.
• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handling insurance approvals and maintaining knowledge regarding policies of different insurance companies.
• Multi-tasking, juggling between receiving calls, emails, faxes and attending the client present physically in office.
• Collecting payment from clients, issuing receipts through HMS and handing over the payment to accountssection.
• Coordinating with the administrative heads of the organization and assisting them.
• Responsible for billing process.
• Introducing a client to the hospital and making them acquainted with the concerneddepartment.
• Attending phone calls and responding pleasantly while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller.
• Providing appointment for consultation using Hospital Management System(HMS).
