Provide full spectrum of HR services such as employment and benefits administration including but not limited to
insurances, payroll, pension, taxation, recruitment support for countries across ABS inclusive of US, MENA,
Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea.
• Prepare regular reports, documentation and HR analytics on monthly basis for Global countries including Hong Kong,
MENA, Philippines, USA, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore.
• Handle employees’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintain communication / relationship network for
staff community, participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborated in HR budgeting processes and HR database development with other departments.
• Support HR initiatives and service enhancement projects such as Employee Engagement survey.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Recruitment: From sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
• Conducting interviews for new vacancies and terminations and/or resignations.
• Maintaining leave records of all employees.
• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.
• Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
• Prepare termination letters, experience letters and final settlement
• Process payroll through WPS
• Preparing warning letters, Probationary letters, Salary certificates, other letters as and when necessary.
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
• Organizing periodical Employee performance appraisal at the time of Training completion, Probation- end and annual
appraisals
• Scheduling training for all employees.
• Flight and hotel arrangements and coordination with the candidate or agency
• Preparing Overtime and timesheet report for payroll.
• Handling employee’s insurance formalities such as addition, deletion, reimbursements and addition of dependents with
Daman.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Complete employees cycle from sourcing candidates, onboarding, interviews for fresh joiners, terminations and resignations process. Bulk recruitment as per project requirements and meeting the strict deadlines set by the client and minimizing costs by 20% annually.
• Prepare offer, termination and experience letters, final settlements, warning letters. probationary letters and salary certificates. Processed payroll through WPS for over 100 staff, resulting in timely receipt of payments.
• Organized and administered staff consultation and grievance procedures, resulting in improved employee relations
• Developed comprehensive human resources policies and procedures resulting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and improved company efficiency. Trained and monitored staffs on new HR processes and regulations.
